Join our transatlantic Cardio Club™ where we go clubbing until we pass out. There are so many ways to club. You can try the classic two-hander coming down from above or even the double-club party-swinger.

Is this for everybody?

Yes, everybody can join, no age limit. Kids are welcome to club with us.

The community grows every time we have another session of movement-madness. It’s not about rules or results when we meet, but about inventing new ways of clubbing together.

We call it Cardio Club™, but mostly it feels like family.
