These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on outofbreath.eu. By placing an order you accept these terms, which may be updated from time to time. We therefore recommend that you read the terms before each purchase.

Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout unless free shipping applies. Free shipping is available on orders above 500 DKK. Prices are valid within Denmark only.
Ordering and Payment
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is only final when you have received this confirmation. You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, or MobilePay. Payment is only withdrawn from your account once the goods are shipped.
Delivery
We deliver only within Denmark. Orders are shipped with GLS to the chosen parcel shop. Delivery time is usually 2–3 business days. The shipping cost is 40 DKK unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
For pre-order items, the delivery time may be up to 30 days.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to return an item, please send it to our company address. You may contact us to request a return label, which we provide upon request. Items must be returned unused and in essentially the same condition as received. Products that have been used cannot be returned. If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, properties and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from the refund. Refunds are made to the same payment method used at purchase once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Complaints
As a consumer you have a two-year warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If an item is defective or otherwise faulty, please contact us at hello@outofbreath.eu as soon as possible and provide details. If your claim is justified, you may have the product repaired, exchanged, or receive a refund, depending on the circumstances. Damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

All data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection rules, including GDPR.
